Accounts

The accounts page displays information about all of the user accounts that have interacted with your organization's agents. Use this page to learn how users are interacting with your various agents.

You can sort the table by any of its columns and further customize the view using the search and filter buttons on the top-right of the table. Clicking on an account ID opens a table displaying information about each of the respective account's sessions.
